The Main Events
Our 2026 Stewardship Campaign has kicked off. This year our campaign comes from our scripture for today’s sermon - 1 John 3:18 “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth”. Here at FCC our love is seen in Sunday school lessons, in music offered during worship, sandwich ministry, blanket ministry, and our missionary work. We invite you to prayerfully consider your financial pledge. Every gift of time, talent and treasure are acts of love and together we can continue God’s call to move forward in faith and mission. Pledge cards were mailed out last week and we ask that after you prayerfully consider, please complete and return to the church by November 1st. This will give the Stewardship Commission time to prepare the 2026 budget. If you prefer you can put your pledge card in the offering bag. If you lost, or didn’t receive, a pledge card there are cards available in the pews.
Thank you and Blessings from the Stewardship Commission.
ALL SAINT’S remembrance will be Sunday November 2, 2025. The message will be brought that day by Teresa Elliott. If you have a loved one that passed away between November 1, 2024 & October, 2025, please contact the church office and give the name, date of birth, date of death to the secretary by Wednesday, October 29th before Noon.
Restoring Our Stained Glass for Generations to come!
For generations, our church’s stained glass window has been more than just beautiful—it has been a window of faith, telling the story of God’s love and filling our sanctuary with light. Now this window needs our help.
Through our Faith Promise Campaign we have the opportunity to restore and preserve this sacred work of art for generations to come. Your pledge will ensure that the light of God’s presence continues to shine through our church, inspiring worshippers for years to come.
Will you join us in restoring beauty and reflecting grace?
Our goal is $50,000
As many of you have witnessed we have a growing need to increase the space in our choir area to accommodate various vocalists and instrumentalists. The Board and Pastors are recommending that we move the pews out on the piano side so that we can move the piano closer to the choir, who will occupy the pulpit side pews. This would free up space for our many vocalists and instrumentalists while we diversify our music to incorporate the gifts of our young people to help with worship. We will have choir, bells and a worship team during different times of our weekly worship so that all can celebrate the different styles of music and blend them so that we continue to have worship that inspires and allows us to experience together the spirit of the living God. Please tell Pastor Bryan, Pastor Rhonda or the office what you think of this proposal as your input is very important to us.
