Youth Ministries

In addition to our Sunday morning classes, we offer youth groups that typically meet on Sundays from 4:00-6:00 pm. We follow our FCC 4 Christ Plan that involves Service, Study, Something Fun and Supper opportunities! Youth groups allow us time to further explore our relationship with God, our World, Our Families and OURSELVES in an informal setting.

Youth Groups:

  • Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) - Grades 3-5
  • Chi-Rho - Grades 6-8
  • Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF) - Grades 9-12
  • We participate in local and regional ecumenical events and attend our denomination's regional retreats and summer camps. In addition, we offer family fun events throughout the year for the entire family!

    Vacation Bible School:

We have a very well planned and attended VBS program each summer. This is one of our major outreach activities for the city of Casper.

    Pumpkin Patch

This is a unique ministry of FCC started in 2004. The Patch is open daily the 2 weeks prior to Halloween each fall. Our Youth Groups primarily host this event and the proceeds from the Patch go to help our youth in various outdoor ministries in the summer. In the summer of 2006, our high school youth went on a Mission Trip to help with hurricane relief in New Orleans.

Cub Pack and Boy Scout Troop #13

We have one of the oldest and largest Boy Scout programs in Casper. Cubs meet at 6 pm and Boy Scout at 7 pm on Monday evenings. The boys/families participate in all district activities including camping, Pinewood and Klondike Derby, Snow Day and annual BSA summer camps.
